I always do searches but couldn't seem to find results for this seemingly easy problem.

I have a top and bottom panel but whenever I minimize Transmission/Firefox/RhythmBox/ect... it only minimizes them to the far right of the bottom panel. I have nothing else on the bottom panel.

What's the deal? I tried deleting the panel and then creating a new one. But to no avail.

Any help?
