    ATI X1250 and second monitor

Having issues with xrandr setting my screen resolution to 640x480 when a vga monitor is connected. It used to work fine, I could change the sreen resolutions independently and they worked. Now when I change them the screen flickers to something that looks good and then 640x480. I am mainly using the kde "Resize and Rotate" but even with the cli xrandr it won't take any setting other than 640x480 when the vga is attached.

Please respond with any advice or debugging suggestions.

    Specs:
    MSI U210
    ATI X1250
    Using radeon driver
See the xorg.conf, proc_modules and Xorg.log for more details
