hp dv3-2150 - fan dont work

hi all,

i'm on dv3-2150ej

i have just noticed that my laptop is extremely hot but the fun doesn't increasing its rpm rate....

i have checked SystemMonitor and indeed my CPU is at 100 %. it accrued to me last week while using gnash swf mozilla plugin but since then i disabled it, uninstall it, and installed the official macromedia plugin. moreover, while gnash made my cpu's go crazy, the fun kicked in at full speed.

any ideas ?
