I have not downloaded it, but from the site, it mentions that it is Freeware, and they have their own license on their website.
I really think this is a violation, since the GIMP is GPL.
It's a bit ironic how some people, in trying to defend GPLed works, try to figure out how to prohibit something.
It's not ethical to distribute Gimp for money (by non-developers), sure. But it's well within their rights.
Ironically, I clicked on the download link, and chromium ask If I was sure I wanted to download the file, as it may harm my computer.
The site doesnt ask for money, but its strange that they just post it up.
