Question gnome-power manager history is blank

I have a desktop system running Jaunty connected to a APC Back-UPS ES 350. I am concerned that gnome-power-manager is not working correctly. The program detects the UPS correctly, but the history is completely blank, and the battery always shows 91% charged.

Can anyone give me an idea of what to look for? Is this a bug?

    Thanks.

Same issue here except it says UPS power is always at 102%. I am running Ubuntu 9.04. The UPS model is Belkin...that is all. I guess they only made one.

This appears to be an already listed bug so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
