    Ubuntu RDP server

Here is my deal. I'm in charge of all the servers for my lab at my school. I love doing this but the 90 minutes they give me every other day does not give me enough time to work on the servers. I want to be able to go home and connect to the servers from my main desktop. I don't really like VNC because its not very fast. I have had good time with RDP(which will be good because my main PC is a windows gaming PC) and if I connect from any windows computer anywhere I wont have to download a VNC client for them. Not only that but, I don't like leaving my server desktop open at school or risk leaving it open(I don't want the freshmen messing with my servers during times I'm not there)Yes I know about locking the screen but if I forget to lock it when I'm done then I'm boned. I want to use RDP but, its becoming increasingly difficult with the lack of RDP server support on Ubuntu.

I'm hoping someone can show me how to solve my problem without having to connect to a VNC server.

Thanks to anyone who helps me.
