Windows 7 Boot loader Dual boot

I have been unable to add ubuntu to the windows 7 boot loader successfully using neo-grub, the tool that comes with easybdc.
Thinking it was a config error I tried to use another way.

I also couldn't get it to work when I installed grub to the partition that ubuntu was installed. completely weird...

My advice is to not use Easy BCD but instead use GRUB. GRUB is more versatile & easy to configure. If you want to try GRUB post back.

P.S. I am not a fan of Easy BCD.
    Multi-boot: Arch linux, Ubuntu 12.04, Windows 7 & Windows 8
