What I have. My landlord lets me use his wireless internet, so I have no control over that router.

What I want. I pull internet through my Mac with my airport wireless card on OS X 10.5.7 I then "Share" my airport card with my Ethernet and connect that to my wireless router in port 1. I then have another cable connecting from port 2 on my wireless router to my linuxbox with Ubuntu 9.04. Then my Ubuntu connects back to the wireless internet. The problem is that my UbuntuBox does not receive internet.

The internet router is set up on a normal network IP 192.168.1.x
My router is set up on a separate IP range to prevent conflict. 192.168.2.x . Both are under the same subnet 255.255.255.0 .

So why an I not getting internet on my UbuntuBox even though my Mac is sharing internet AND the UbuntuBox has its own wireless connection
