    Sharing a ZhuYin SOK file

Was introducing my relatives to the joy of Ubuntu and hit a snag when one of them requested a virtual keyboard that had ZhuYin on it.

After failing to find an existing .sok layout, I decided to make my own. So here it is for anyone else who might need it - I cut a few corners for the tone markings, but it works.
