    Laptop DVI Port Not Detected

    I have a laptop with a Nvidia Geforce Go 7900 GS. This graphics card comes with a DVI and a VGA port. For some reason, Ubuntu will not allow me to use the DVI port on this laptop. I can only use the VGA port. In Windows, I can plug two nice widescreen monitors to this laptop, and use them in DualView. Ubuntu will not give me this, and I can only use the VGA monitor.

    Has anyone run in to a problem like this before and have any suggestions? I don't want dual monitors with my laptop monitor, I want to be able to use my two widescreens, as I did in Windows.
