Can't watch my DVDs

An error occurred:

Could not read from resource.

I looked around, couldn't find anything. If anyone can help me out that'd be great.

I had a similar issue and was given this link...

I installed the libdvdread4 files and that fixed it, and now my dvd's run just fine.

you could also try playing it with VLC ,works well

I don't know what VLC is.

install libdvdcss2 and libdvdread4 from mediubuntu repo.

I did both those, and it still doesn't work.

EDIT: I found and installed VLC, and it works like a charm.
