Sound - Internal Mic doesn't shut up...

Hey guys!

I have an HP dv 1040eg with the sound chip IDT 92HD71B7.
It's an Intel HDA STAC92XX audio controller.

Now when I try to skype with my external mic I get horrible sound.
When I unplug my microphone the sound gets a little more quiet...
my conclusion is that my internal mic won't shut the hell up.
I looked my alsa mixer there are Capture 0 and Capture 1, if I shut down Capture 0 I don't get any noise at all...

latest alsa is installed...

I hope you guys can help me

Edit: maybe the soundjack doesn't work at all at Ubuntu... (It works with Vista)
