In accordance with this thread, I'm posting additional info about my system in case it helps:
1 ) Machine Brand and Model (PC/Laptop):
Self-built desktop, Intel Core2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50GHz, ASUS P5N7A-VM motherboard
2 ) Wireless Brand, Model and Wireless Chipset:
lsusb:
Code:
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 046d:c526 Logitech, Inc.
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 04fe:0006 PFU, Ltd
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 04fe:0008 PFU, Ltd
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 7392:7318
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
I think "Bus 001 Device 002: ID 7392:7318" is the wireless usb, since when I take it out it changes to Linux Foundation root hub.
