Evolution Mail - run in tray or background ?

Does anybody know how to run Evolution Mail so I shouldn't keep it in taskbar ? Is it possible to run it in background ( or in tray ) but keep notifying me on new mail ?
If not, which email client offers this option ?

So, I've just installed the latest possible ( v. 5.4 ) mail-notification.
It's almost that what you wanted, but you don't need to run evolution all the time.

You can use a program like alltray. Change the menu command to:

alltray evolution

and it will then open to the system tray each time.
