    Post Guide: How to Setup Ruby on Rails Development on Ubuntu 9.04 using Ruby 1.8.6

    Hi All.

    I've written a guide on setting up a Ruby on Rails development stack using Ubuntu 9.04 and VirtualBox 2.2.x on Windows. The guide goes on to describe how to Pin Ruby back to version 1.8.6.
