IRC meeting

It was decided in the poll, that monthly meetings were best.
now we need to see when those meetings would be the best.
Please write it like
1st Thursday of each month
or
the 15th day of each month
After we get some input, A poll will be made

In the mean time
Our next meeting is on July 2nd, at 8pm Eastern, 7pm Central

well, I don't know if we want a poll with 28, 29 (on leap years) 30 & 31 options. also it seems that the decision was made in June (when I was absent so don't look at me)

I do think we need to move it off the first week of the month, as people get the monthly archives on the first of the month, so for this July, they have less than 24 hours to be reminded.
