    Old beige computer case

Does anybody know where you can get these in this day in age? I'm looking to do a modding project on a case, and the only ones that are plain enough are lian li cases; I'm not about to drop $100 on a case I'm going to rip to shreds, paint, etc.

The only things I'm really looking for is it can fit a decent sized PSU, the front bezel comes off and is plain jane, and the motherboard panel in the back will fit current motherboards (I heard sometime in the early 2000s the spacing got changed), and the motherboard tray is one sheet of metal, not those weird cross cut stuff.

FYI the old Biege cases from the 1990's will not hold the ATX standard motherboards and power supplies built today...thoes old cases are built on the AT standard, when things were a little different

Newegg sells some nice cheap cases with free shipping for about $35

Thrift stores almost ALWAYS have ancient PC's for sale ridiculously cheap.

I've gone through every case on newegg, lol. The problem with most of the cheaper ones is they try to look "gamer", and have some complicated front that I can't do anything with.

that's silver, not beige. I miss beige cases too, especially with phony MHz readouts and turbo buttons. Those turbo buttons would definitely make a lot of sense with today's overclocking enthusiast culture...
