    Accessing panel via the keyboard

I know I can access the Applications menu using Alt-F1, and then use the arrow keys to switch to "Places" and "System". But how to get to the other application shortcuts and the system tray?

I hate having to have to grab the mouse every time I want to use my panel shortcuts. I'm sure the ability is there but haven't been able to find any documentation on it.

    See
    http://library.gnome.org/users/gnome...ynav-5.html.en

    Control + Alt + Tab
    Control + Alt + Shift + Tab

Won't work if Compiz is enabled.
