I have an ibm thinkpad 570E running Xubuntu. It does not have a built in wireless card. How can I find out which PCMIA card would be suitable for this machine running Xubuntu.

These guys are based in the UK but ship worldwide: http://www.linuxemporium.co.uk/products/wireless/
I have a Thinkpad T23 and bought a MSI RT2500 54 Mbps Wireless PCMCIA card. It works out of the box. Just plugged it in and away it worked. Oh joy! You may find an alternative supplier in NZ to save shipping.
