Hi all. I installed Kubuntu 8.04.2 today. I wanted to see if Cooliris for Linux works on this distro but I haven't had any luck getting it to run. It says on their website that it should work with Ubuntu 8.04. I was wondering if there was a major difference between Kubuntu and Ubuntu that perhaps is not letting Cooliris work. I tried this addon with Ubuntu Jaunty the other day and it worked like a charm but not with Kubuntu. Actually, I did get it to work with Kubuntu AFTER I installed KDE 4.2 from Synaptic. Any ideas?
