Shipping to the EU?

Hi,

I read a 2 year old thread, saying that System79 was planning to fill the Ubuntu laptop gap in the EU.

I was wondering how this is evolving? I'll probably need a new one within a couple of months.

PS: Please use Brussels as your EU shipping point

Buying a computer you can install Ubuntu on isn't much of a problem. But if you want one with Ubuntu preinstalled I'd suggest checking one of these:

System 76 only ships to America and Canada for now. My question was how the progress was going, on the subject of expanding their shipping to the EU.

Dell only ships to the UK, France and Germany. Didn't check Zareason, but as prices are advertised in USD, I assume they only ship to America.

I think System76 has powerfull laptops for a sharp price, that's why I posted this in the System76 forum...

Sorry, I should have checked closer. Though Zareason actually ships in the EU. You get the prices in euro if you choose a different flag in the upper right corner (you can also get the site translated to german). We can always hope System 79 comes to Europe.
