    The logo you posted above is from a company known as HMR Group which is based in the United States. It is in no way affiliated or related to the HMR Group (which is based in the United Kingdom) in any way, shape, or form.

    I am leaving this closed.

    1. According to this post, Canonical is already aware of the issue and is addressing it.
    2. Since Canonical is the copyright holder for the logo, they are the ones best equipped to handle the issue legally.
    3. Debating this here does nothing to solve the problem, if it even is a problem.
    4. Debating this here is probably aggravating the issue.
