(I hope this is the place)
I have a QDI p4i848p 6 year old (or so) motherboard, and I intend to buy a new graphic card; the board has an integrated geforce FX 5200 and it has worked fine in all versions of ubuntu since 7.10, but the online gaming has exposed some of its limits
So, its specifications say:
Slots > 1 AGP + 5 PCI
But then it you can also read:
Graphics > 1 AGP 8X slot (1.5V only)
Transfer rate up to 2.1GB/S
And here's my question: does that mean it only supports AGP graphic cards and I just cannot install a PCI one on some of the PCI slots?
