    Finger print reader problem

    In my notebook finger print reder is there but its not being detected.....I installed fprint but it is showing "NO DEVICE DETECTED"
    PLZ HELP....Im running jaunty 9.04

    Can you post the output of lspci and lsusb (in terminal)? Need to know what fingerprint reader your laptop has before we can see if it's supported...
