Keyboard shortcut to launch gnome-system-monitor wont do anything

in 9.0.4 i typed gconf-editor in the terminal and went to global and keybinding commands to get a shortcut key for system monitor, but nothing happens. anyone know what is wrong?

<Control>Escape is the name, and it is not a duplicate

gnome-system-monitor is typed in keybinding_commands

1. go to keyboard shortcuts
System->Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts

2. click Add
Name : Start Gnome System Monitor
Command: /usr/bin/gnome-system-monitor

3. click Apply

4. Click Disabled under the Shortcut tab

5. Use Ctrl+Shift+Esc.. Dont type. Press these buttons...
