Does qtcurve not work with kde3 anymore?

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 with Gnome desktop. I download Kde to do some testing with pyqt which looks good, but qtcurve isn't working on my gtk apps. They all look ugly and square. I've installed kde-style-qtcurve and gtk2-engines-qtcurve. It's not really a big deal, but it would be nice if firefox didn't look so dull.

Solved: I found the package I needed: gtk-qt-engine
