Question scanning for low memory corruption every 60 seconds

    Hi,

since upgrading from U8.10 to U9.04 I'm getting following message at the beginning of the booting process from time to time:

    Code:
scanning for low memory corruption every 60 seconds
The system halts for about 2 minutes and will go on without problems.
This is slowing the booting process down.
What does this option do and could I disable this somehow?

    Thanks!

    2 different ways:
    Disable in your kernel

    or

I believe there is a command line in your boot load for that kernel that enables it also.

Best just to disable it in the kernel.

    Have fun!
