    That does look quite nice. I might have a play with that when I get home form work later. Good effort.

    Clean and simple, the way a theme should be.

    Only one point I can think of, perhaps make the currently focused window more obvious? At the moment the only difference seems to be the font in the Window title, which could easily be missed.
    The window in focus has a blue shade and is less transparent. There's lots of other visual cues I could add, but not everyone has the hardware for it. For example, Blurring can be a good way to show focus, but only my NVIDIA PC supports it.

    Using it now. Big change from Shiki, which is a very well integrated dark theme.

    I can't seem to get the icons to show, though... they default to the icon set chosen in System -> Preferences -> Appearances

    Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out... a little hard to get started since I had no clue how to use the Emerald theme manager, and change the window decorator in Compiz. Nice theme!

    That's odd... Have you tried going into .icons, deleting the icon theme, then copying the files from the archive in again?

    It's alright, I got the icons installed. I think I have the entire theme installed completely now.

    Overall, first impression is great! I've always wanted a transparent panel, but didn't know how to go about it. The panel background included is spiffy.

    One gripe so far: The battery indicator icon is static, and doesn't change depending on charge level... (at least, that's how I see it. Maybe I am wrong). It does change depending on whether the laptop is plugged in or on battery power, so that is good.

    wget http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/29948/Fut...ooks3installer && chmod 700 futurelooks3installer && ./futurelooks3installer
    (copy and paste this into the terminal) ^

    Here's an installer for the script, which applies ALL parts of the theme. As far as I know it should work great. Please note that if fl3files.tar.gz doesn't download, there may be breakage. If the wget bit of the script seems to take no time at all, PLEASE RUN THE ABOVE COMMAND AGAIN!.

    Enjoy!

    Note that if you downloaded the script before 6.50 PM BST, it will have a glaring bug. Please delete the file from your Home directory and run the command above again.

    If you're skeptical of the script, can you check over for any final mistakes?

    notify-send requires the libnotify-bin package, which is not installed by default in Ubuntu. I suggest you to install it in the script, or remove any call to notify-send.

    Will the script carry on regardless of notify-send? If so, I'll leave it in.

    One aspect of Futurelooks I adore is the design of the Window List buttons. Notably, if a window is unfocused, there is no border around it, and if it requires attention, it very unobtrusively calls for attention by colouring itself a very bland orange. Very good choice!
