Hi, when I tried the 'Try Ubuntu without installing' function, everything loaded up just fine. However, once my mouse(Actually trackpad since I don't use a mouse) went over the 'examples folder' it opened up. everything I hovered over started opening up. GIMP/FSPOT/Openoffice, basically everything my cursor flew over started opening up by itself. Its as if its doing some hidden double clicking on everything. I opened up a text document to try typing something, and I couldn't because the mouse would always reset the typing cursor to wherever the mouse was. Please help! I thought it was a problem with the 'test without installation' mode, so i loaded up the install and i couldn't even select my timezone properly or any of the pull down menus because of this. Thanks Also here's some additional info: Laptop: Lenovo t60 OS: I'm using the windows partition now as i type this. I'm intending to do a dual boot. I've cleared one partition to be used by ubuntu.
similar thing happened to me except i could not use the left or right click i had to go back two kernels and it seems fine
