    Angry Removing QSopcast

Hi all, I tried installing Sopcast tonight, and after a lot of headache and troubleshooting, reading countless threads etc....it turned out that the service wasn't all that great anyway.

Now I want to get it all off my system, I have managed to remove everything except QSopcast from the applications menu. However, it is not a simple icon left behind because when I click it the program still loads and still works.
This leads me to believe that it must be installed somewhere.

I have tried everything I could to remove it add/remove, synaptic, manually deleting folders, and even using "sudo dpkg --remove qsopcast"

But none of the above work. In fact the code used above gives me the error "dpkg - warning: ignoring request to remove qsopcast which isn't installed."

So I'm turning to anyone here who can help me remove this program from my system.

If it helps I used these instructions to install it:

    http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php...6&postcount=94

    and

    http://www.icelab.eu/en/blog/ubuntu-...-ubuntu-85.htm

I hope someone can help me, many thanks.
