Is the date of Saturday, April 25, 2009 still the one?
Yes, I believe so. We typically have our release parties in Indianapolis since it's centrally located. Last spring, we had our release party at Fort Harrison State Park and had a barbecue and will probably do something similar this year.
I started a planning page for the Jaunty Release Party on the wiki. We should decide quickly since the Jaunty release is less than three weeks away!
Your Park Brochure link is broken. http://www.in.gov/dnr/parklake/prope...ison_trail.pdf I think this is the one you want. http://www.in.gov/dnr/parklake/files...ison_trail.pdf
I added myself to the planning page, I am bringing Drinks.(I will have ice and cooler(s) too.) Drink requests can be PM'd to me. I will bring whatever is most popular and bottled waters. Now a couple of questions: To be clear, The "number" is the number of people attending? Is this geared towards adults, or are children welcome?

Children are welcome - depending on the shelter that's reserved, we may be close to a playground.

I updated the numbers, bringing the wife and kids. They are excited to get out and explore the new trails since we have never been to this park
For those of you who don't follow the mailing list, we've decided to hold our Jaunty Release Party on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at the Riddick Shelterhouse at Fort Harrison State Park in Indianapolis. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IndianaTeam/JauntyReleaseParty for details or to RSVP
