    Terminal VS. CMD

    I have been doing alot of messing around with my CMD in Windows 7 and have been creating Network Admins on my brothers computer and things like that but I was wondering if there is a way to foster that activity between a gOS Computer and A Windows PC? Is there a way for the CMD and Terminal to "Translate" eachothers codes and Understand each other?

    Could you please clarify what you actually want to do?
    I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.
