dolphin and firefox full screen by default

I don't know what I did but now Dolphin and Firefox always start in full screen mode.

This is bothers me, since I can't make Dolphin run normally. Firefox I can at least fix with two F11s, but next time it starts in full screen again.

How can I fix this?
