Can not access backuppc using firefox

I am using HH with all updates applies. I installed backuppc, and all the other required programs, using synaptic. when I enter my desktop name I get an "IT WORKS" adding backuppc to the string I get a 'not found' message. I have uninstalled backuppc (completely) and reinstalled it with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.
