Using wifi enabled computer as a router

Okay, so here's a problem I would love a solution to: I have two laptops, one with wifi and one without. Both are running Ubuntu. Unfortunately, the one with wifi is an eee pc and I need a computer with a bit more power than that. However, this more powerful computer has to be able to access the internet, which I currently can't do because ethernet is currently not working in my building, though wifi is (don't ask why, I don't know).

So is it possible to connect my more powerful machine to my eeepc via a network cable and have the eeepc act as a router for the more powerful computer? Any and all help with this problem is greatly appeciated.

Edit: Come on, someone on this forum has to know something about internet sharing with linux. This should not be this difficult of a problem!

Not exactly the easiest thing to do yet, but this documentation should get you through it.
