I wanted to start this thread to get the conversation(s) going. 9.04 is just over a month away and I think Rochester and Syracuse seem to have enough activity to hold release parties. I wanted to open a thread to get people's ideas and suggestions about the upcoming parties.

I have been slowly developing a response...

What kind of support would you want to hold on in the Utica area?
If there are other locations besides Rochester/Syracuse that are going to have an event I think it would be great to tie all of them together with webcams. This is the NY ubuntu Loco
