Question Eeebuntu: no access to 40G hard drive.

I've just installed Eeebuntu onto my Asus 1000 Eee Netbook. I installed the OS onto the 8G SSD hard drive thinking I would be able to use the 40G drive for data storage. But... I can't see it from here. Any one know how to fix this?

O.k. Never Mind. the problem was partially solved when the OS updated. Here's the steps I took to fix it, for what it's worth.

    1. Update.
Eeebuntu does not automatically look for updates. (there may be a setting to fix this... I just don't know what it is) So you have to manually tell it to Update. I got over 200 my first time. so be prepared to wait.

    2. Open the file browser...
and click on a Folder in the sidebar called "HOME". Thats the 40g SSD.

    3. Authenticate.
It won't open the folder right away. That hard drive is protected by default. Type in your password and click the check box for "Remember Authorization" then click "Authenticate".

After this HOME should appear on your desktop.

After thought: I should probably mention that these instructions are for the "Standard" version of Eeebuntu.
