    To get the transparency, you'll also have to enable desktop effects- System Settings > Desktop > then check enable desktop effects at the top. I think it includes transparency by default.

    Using Windows XP on a laptop I got, I think it might be mine for good .
    Everything is from the SONA Enviroment Suite:



    I was looking for a way to take a screenshot cause I couldn't find the print screen button on the laptop, it was a fn shortcut
    Software should be smart, not clever

    use scrot...

    It works in any of the Run Command type things (fluxbox menu, verve plugin in XFCE, etc). Creates a screenshot in your home directory.

    Have you tried PrintKey. I know my colleague uses that for generating some screenshots. but i have no idea about that. There is a freeware version of the same available as well. Follow the link!
