johnc4510, I've sort of been lurking, and don't really do IRC well. But, I've been following your progress. Well done! I'm using one of those .rpm distros right now, and have used .deb in the past. I'll be sure to try the next Ubuntu. Regards, JJMacey

The Arizona community is the best. We have some very knowledgeable people that are so helpful and encouraging it makes learning Ubuntu a dream. The people in this community are really putting forth a positive alternative to the commercial products and impersonal care that we have been receiving in the other available operating system support.
I belong to PLUG but work Saturdays. I want to go to the Hackfest(s) at UAT but just can't attend given the work schedule. Any ideas where to go to gain some practical experience? AZ_RUNE
