Choose the next language for iyzi Forum

Hello, I have a free forum script named iyzi Forum (www.iyziforum.com). It is written in ASP. I plan to rewrite it in a more modern language. But I can't decide the language. I know a little bit about all the languages above but will choose one of them and learn it detailed along the coding process.

Probably the most useful/logical decision would be to choose PHP but there are just too many alternatives already (bbPress is especially like iyzi Forum) and I don't like much PHP language.

Other languages listed above does not have many alternatives. If one of them is chosen then next iyzi Forum is gonna be a CGI application most probably. I haven't used a framework ever, I don't know if such distributed applications may be written for frameworks.

So, maybe there are people out there who want a forum like this in their language. Maybe I'll prefer a different one than the result of this poll but I would like to hear the community's opinion, too.

Note: You can choose more than one option to mean: It would be good if it is written in one of the languages I selected...
