puppy on a usb stick fails

hi.
i had the old puppy linux on a usb stick for some time as a permant install and i used a lot in periods. i erased it to get room for some backup stuff. now there is a new puppy out and i cant install it on usb stick in any way ,it claims that puppy is not present on the cd.... does anyone else have this problem ?.

its fixed. i have an eyeoperation waiting so i cant see that good. the drive should of course be mounted which i did think it was. but now i have new puppy on a usb stick.
