    DBAN on an intel iMac 8,1?

    Does anyone know if DBAN will work on the above machine and enable me to restore from the CDs provided with my Apple?

    Also, do you have to back iTunes up separately or will it simply restore my music from my iPod?
    20" iMac 2.66Ghz - 2Gb - 256Mb ATi (8,1) - OS X and Ubuntu 8.10 dual boot
