    Go Communism!

Things change a bit faster with such a government, for the better.

According to Hector Rodriguez, dean of the School of Free Software at Cuba's University of Information Sciences--

"I would like to think that in five years our country will have more than 50 percent migrated (to Linux),"

"The free software movement is closer to the ideology of the Cuban people, above all for the independence and sovereignty."

Seems plausible as computer proliferation is still in it's early stages in Cuba.

They can, if they're willing to pay for ridiculously expensive satellite internet. Which 99.9% of them can't afford.
It'd probably be a lot easier if a certain country wasn't denying them to right to peer up.
Saying that you "could care less" about something is implying that you DO care about it, regardless of common usage.
Using it as a way of saying you don't care is simply wrong.

This is probably illegal to install on computers in the U.S., given the United States Travel and Trade Embargo on Cuba.
