    Question [SOLVED] Is localepurge safe?

    Hi all,

I wanted to clean my system. I read somewhere that localepurge cleans locale files.

I want to ask how safe is localepurge? Does it give any trouble afte cleaning? If you have used it, how is your personal experience?

    Thanks.

It's one of the first things I install on a fresh Ubuntu installation. While I'm not hurting for disk space, it seems silly to waste it unnecessarily.

As long as you don't check the wrong language box (), it's safe. Like the others, it's one of the first things I do on a new install.
