    Flash Drive Trash Won't Empty

I have 2 flash drives that won't complete empty the trash. I was able to delete a lot if not most of it but some of it still remains. How do I empty it out? I tried this out sudo nautilus /home/[your username]/.local/share/Trash/files but it seems it only works with the hard drive trash.

Try unmounting the drive by right clicking on drive name in left panel before unplugging device. I still have trouble deleting some locked files though and have to format w my windows machine

That didn't work. Thanks for trying though.

    I tried typing-

    gksudo nautilus

in the terminal. This worked for me (It was about the 3rd/4th method I tried- I was then able to find the trash files on my mp3 player and delete them)...
