I removed mine in protest years ago.
For a less drastic approach get some little colored star stickers like they give out in kindergarden and just place them over the ***dows logo.
Ohh even better, print really really tiny ubuntu logos on sticker paper cut them to size.
Can't think of any universal keyboard that has no windoze-key on it, even those generic-type keyboard sold for cheap prices got the windoze button.
I guess the universal solution would be to use any sharp-bladed object (sand paper maybe) to scrape that windoze logo![]()
Steady movement is more important than speed, much of the time. So long as there is a regular progression of Stimuli to get your mental hooks into, there is room for lateral movement. Once this begins, its rate is a matter of discretion.
Sun keyboards have a little rhomb (square, diamond ... you get the idea) instead. I really like those.
Those newer Sun keyboards are USB ... and as far as I can tell they will work anywhere. You just have to get used to those extra-keys, e.g. on the left (Stop, Again, Props, Undo ...). The nice thing is that most of these keys can be configured to do something useful via the "Keyboard Shortcuts" menu.

I believe that meta is the same as Alt/Command. And if you use the Das Keyboard (redundancy anyone?), you won't have any worries about the windows logo being on one of your keys.
Oh, and of course there is German keyboard-maker CHERRY (they originate from Germany but their products should be available world-wide):
They indeed produce "Linux keyboards" with a little Tux instead of that stupid logo:
