Apple released new iPod nano players. Apple's website says that you need iTunes to use them. So my question is, if I buy a 8Gb version, does it work with ubuntu at all?

I dunno. Apple always says you need iTunes. Corporate crap in my opinion. I bought a 4GB green nano for my girlfriend. Will report on Ubuntu usability once it's here...
