Give Pidgin focus when new chat initiated through Psychic Mode?

Is there a way to do this? The new chat is opened in the background, making the plugin pretty pointless.

What I mean is this: when someone starts typing to me, I see the window created in the window picker (if I notice) but it doesn't come up front. Usually what happens is that I end up getting their first message and seeing the "you feel a disturbance..." message also. I'd like to be able to actually use the Psychic Mode plugin by having the new chat come into focus when Psychic Mode recognizes it.
