Dependency package names have changed....it will require a change to the package but I am in no position to do that right now...

To be honest I now use conky anyway instead of this, as conky supports images and cairo and can do nifty stuff these days.

i guess this is end of life then unless someone can work out what needs to done & takes over this once great sys info widget

i had had great plans to use this & have compiz have it in the widget layer

Hi Kav,
I am trying to install it into oneiric ubuntu 11.10
but I am not successful to get is working

As no installation were here I have setup it using setup.py


It open my default browser conkeror and than one empty window.


Any idea what could be the reason.

I wouldn't even attempt to install it to be honest, the dependencies for packages would be out of sync due to python3 arriving proper and general changes between versions of Ubuntu. I am no longer supporting the script as I don't have the time

@kaivalagi I really appreciate what you've done. I'm using ubuntu 12.10 with conky but managing the UI with conky is a bit tough job for me.(Took me about 4 hours just to change a few minor things). May be something like this needs to come back to life again.
