Something That campares to DVD SHRINK

Hi everyone. I am trying to get away from windows programs all together and only use Linux native apps.
However I can't seem to find an app that is comparable to DVD SHRINK

    I have tried
k9copy- cant get preview to work, cant figure out how to set default streams and can't figure out how to set starting and ending frames.

Acid?- Looks to complicated. I don't know where to start and can't get preview.

KeepDVD(I think thats what it's called)- to simple not enough options.

as noted above, I really would like to be able to set default streams(Audio and subtitles), start and end frames.

I don't really need the menu's as long as I can set the default streams.

    thanks for any suggestions.
